Your Global Expansion Team
Global Expansion is a people-first EOR that understands the value and importance of people throughout service delivery. We are incredibly proud of our talented and dedicated team whose expertise and experience are at your disposal to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Every client has a dedicated point of contact, your Client Services Manager, within the Client Services team. Client Services Managers are supported by three teams covering Employee Services, In-Country Services and Financial Services.
Client Services
Client Services is responsible for the end-to-end service you receive, and your dedicated Client Services Manager (CSM) is your main point of contact for all aspects of the service. You will be introduced to your Client Services Manager prior to the start of Client Onboarding and they will support you on an ongoing basis throughout your partnership with Global Expansion.
The Head of Client Services is your escalation point for any issues with the services you receive from Global Expansion.
Employee Services
Employee Services is responsible for the end-to-end service each professional receives during their employment through Global Expansion and this team is their main point of contact for all aspects of the service. Each professional will be introduced to their dedicated Employee Onboarding Specialist (EOS) at the beginning of Employee Onboarding, who will support them throughout this process, handing over to Employee Support Managers (ESM) once onboarding is complete.
The Head of Employee Services is the escalation point for any issues your professionals experience with the services they receive from Global Expansion.
In-Country Services
In-Country Services is responsible for country-level service delivery across the employee lifecycle which includes employment contracts, immigration support where applicable, salary payments, tax and social security withholdings and payments, PTO and expenses handling, variable compensation (e.g. performance bonuses and equity schemes), contract amendments and terminations.
Financial Services
Financial Services is responsible for all financial transactions to fund payroll, make variable payments (such as bonuses and commissions), reimburse expenses, and process the employee tax implications of non-cash compensation such as equity.
Global Expansion Leadership
The Global Expansion Chief Operating Officer and Financial Controller, along with the Director of Client Services and the Director of Financial Services, are accountable for the delivery of all services you receive and are available for service reviews, feedback discussions and additional escalations if necessary.
