Employee Onboarding
During Employee Onboarding the dedicated Employee Onboarding Specialist (EOS) handles the end-to-end employment process, including background checks and immigration support, as required, until the professional has a signed employment contract and starts providing services to our client.
GX1
The GX1 platform is the core system used for managing professionals' employment and will be used to gather all required information and documentation from professionals.
Professionals will be granted access to the system and their Employee Onboarding Specialist will introduce them to the system during Employee Onboarding.
Further information about the system is available in the GX1 User Guide.
ID&V Checks and Background Screening
All professionals will be required to provide personal details and documents to support ID&V checks and background screening as specified within the jurisdiction and set out by the client.
This information is submitted through GX1 and is crucial for onboarding to commence.
Immigration
Foreign nationals being employed in a country require the appropriate right to work and Global Expansion, at the request of our clients, may provide immigration support for employees and, if appropriate, their families. This is a tailored process for each professional, that may not be available in certain circumstances, and varies by country and local immigration laws and processes.
The Employee Onboarding Specialist will guide and support the professional through the process as part of their onboarding.
Employment Contracts
Professionals are required to sign an employment contract with the in-country legal entity where they will perform services. This contract aligns with local employment laws and regulations and it is governed by local law.
