Client Account Management

Your dedicated Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for all aspects of the service you receive as explained in Client Service Delivery and Employee Service Delivery.

In addition to ongoing service delivery there are several key areas of account management that they own.

Payroll Changes & Variables Declarations

All payroll changes affecting base salaries and any bonus or commission amounts payable to professionals must be notified to Global Expansion by the relevant deadline dates for timely in-month processing.  These are submitted through GX1 and your CSM will contact you if any further information is required.

Terminating Professionals

All client-led terminations require careful handling to avoid escalating costs and legal issues.  Your CSM will guide you through this process until offboarding is complete.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Global Expansion strives to deliver an exceptional service and values transparency with our clients.  A major element of this is the QBR that covers all aspects of service delivery over the prior quarter and a look ahead to ensure strategic alignment.

A typical QBR covers:

  1. Quarterly summary
  2. Account overview
    • Headcount
    • Tenures & durations
    • Financials
  3. Service delivery
    • Onboarding & offboarding
    • Payroll & funding
    • Variables & one-off payments
    • Client queries & support
    • Professionals' queries & support

A report will be prepared each quarter, based on the date the first professional was onboarded to the service, and your CSM will present this to you for discussion and feedback.
